I am doing my Capstone Master Thesis under the guidance of Prof. W. Russell Neuman and Prof. Camillia Matuk at NYU RIDDLE Lab. I received my BEng (First Class Honors 10%) from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and the University of Liverpool.
I am currently a research assistant at the NYU VIDA Lab, working on the DARPA Perceptually-enabled Task Guidance (PTG) guided by Prof. Claudio Silva and Prof. Jing Qian. Also, I study and work closely with Prof. Hai-Ning Liang at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (GZ), Prof. Yukang Yan at University of Rochester, Prof. Xuhai Xu at Columbia University, Prof. Wenge Xu at Birmingham City University and Prof. Ling Wang at Tsinghua University.
My research focus on understanding human behavior and workload patterns through computational behaviors methods to design Adaptive Intelligent Systems that help users perform real-world complex tasks, while making them more versatile by expanding their skillset and more proficient by reducing their errors. 🍟ꈍꈊꈍ🍟
I am applying for Ph.D. programs starting Fall 2025 and am currently seeking research intern opportunities. If my background aligns with your needs, please feel free to contact me at sw6352@nyu.edu.
